Weighing 5.4 tonnes and 7.1 tonnes respectively, the VM58D and VM78D feature direct independent hydraulic wheel drives with no rear axle. This design delivers excellent traction in work and travel modes, allows gradients of up to 60%, and improves machine stability thanks to a low engine position. Stage V compliance is achieved without the need for DEF or SCR, helping to keep running costs down.

Single Drum Soil Compactors

Speaking of soil compactors, JCB is also strengthening its presence in the 12–15‑tonne soil compaction market with the launch of the VM128D and VM138D, joining the VM118D to form a highly efficient and versatile compaction platform.

All three models benefit from a modular design with extensive component commonality, supporting global use and simplified ownership. Smooth drums are available at launch, with padfoot options to follow, while centrifugal forces ranging from 256kN to 292kN ensure outstanding compaction performance. An air‑conditioned ROPS/FOPS cab is available to maximise operator comfort during long shifts.

Powered by Stage V‑compliant JCB diesel engines, the range includes the 55kW JCB 430 engine in the VM118D and the 97kW JCB 448 engine in the VM128D and VM138D. High‑torque performance, four traction modes, balanced hydraulics and up to 55% gradient capability allow the machines to adapt to challenging ground conditions, delivering reliable, efficient compaction across diverse applications.

JCB 715 Articulated Dump Truck

JCB has previewed the new 715 articulated dump truck, a compact two‑axle ADT designed to deliver impressive off‑road hauling performance in a highly manoeuvrable package. With an operating weight of 9.3 tonnes, the 715 is an ideal partner for a wide range of excavation and loading equipment.

The machine features a 7.1m³ Hardox‑reinforced dump body as standard, providing a generous 12,750kg payload. A variety of tyre options allow the 715 to be matched to different site conditions, while its compact dimensions support fast, efficient loading cycles.

Power is provided by a 129kW (173hp) Stage V JCB diesel engine producing 690Nm of torque at 1,500rpm. Paired with an eight‑speed JCB auto powershift transmission with active torque lock, heavy‑duty ZF axles and differential locks, the 715 delivers exceptional traction even in demanding terrain. A top speed of 40kph and the latest CommandPlus cab with JCB UX interface complete a highly productive and operator‑focused package.

Hydrogen G60RS Generator

Building on its hydrogen expertise, JCB is bringing zero‑carbon innovation to the power generation sector with the launch of its first hydrogen‑fuelled generator.

The G60RS H delivers 58kVA of power at either 50Hz or 60Hz and is powered by a zero‑carbon hydrogen engine that meets EU Stage V emissions standards without the need for aftertreatment systems or additives. When integrated with the JCB Powerpack, it can form part of a clean on‑site microgrid, providing a practical renewable solution for off‑grid power demands.

Based on the proven Rental Series platform, the G60RS H shares the same robust design, dimensions and control systems as JCB’s diesel generators, making it immediately familiar to rental and construction users. Backed by JCB’s global dealer network, it delivers the same levels of service, support and reliability, while helping customers reduce their carbon footprint.
