TC Harrison Group makes a positive statement of intent with the purchase of a new TCH JCB depot near Ashbourne

TC Harrison Group Ltd, the parent company of Gunn JCB, has made a positive statement of intent as it announces the purchase of a new ‘state of the art’ depot adjacent to the A50 in Cubley, Ashbourne, for the use in their successful Group JCB operations. 

 

This new 6-acre site in Derbyshire is close to the JCB factory and sits conveniently within the territory assigned by JCB to TC Harrison Group. The depot will primarily provide a centralised storage and pre delivery inspection facility for machinery for both Gunn JCB and TCH JCB and it will also progress to a full parts and service operation to assist their extensive customer base. 

 

This exciting purchase builds on TC Harrison Group’s plan to maintain and brand all the existing TCH JCB and Gunn JCB businesses under the TC Harrison JCB name. This development will also pave the way for combining the used machine stock in a single Used Equipment Centre of Excellence to be based at the nearby TCH JCB Alfreton Depot, demonstrating the desire for more streamlined operations and a one stop shop for a more comprehensive range of quality and well prepared used JCB machines for customers.
